    Quant aux téléchargements des Chapitres 1 à 21, ils sont tous disponibles sur megaupload dans la section DOWNLOADS.

     Mauvaise nouvelle en revanche pour les videos en streaming, qui ont toutes été retirées par megavideo pour cause d'infraction à leurs conditions d'utilisation. Je vais tenter d'autres moyens.

    And you can't see the streaming videos anymore : megavideo deleted them because of TOS infringement.
