I've found this CD on a flea market.

 

Most likely it was a Brazilian-manufactured CD Licenced by Musictape (?) MTCD 110 4105. Not sure about venue and date. Regular quality. Cover: a "Inbetween Daze" pic. Insert: "Wish"era pic with some sunflowers.
